“Violation” defined
Known as the Uniform Common-Interest Ownership Act
The act spans §§ 116–116 (235 sections).

As used in NRS 116.745 to 116.795, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “violation” means a violation of:
1. Any provision of this chapter except NRS 116.31184;
2. Any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter; or
3. Any order of the Commission or a hearing panel.
