“Converted building” defined

Known as the Condominium Hotel Act

The act spans §§ 116–116 (187 sections).

(Added to NRS by 2007, 2195)

“Converted building” means a building that at any time before creation of the condominium hotel was occupied wholly or partially by persons other than purchasers and persons who occupy with the consent of purchasers.
