“Declarant” defined

Known as the Condominium Hotel Act

The act spans §§ 116–116 (187 sections).

(Added to NRS by 2007, 2195; A 2015, 1217)

“Declarant” means any person or group of persons acting in concert who, as part of a common promotional plan, offers to dispose of the interest of the person or group of persons in a unit not previously disposed of, or reserves or succeeds to any special declarant’s rights.
