The Real Estate Commission may take action pursuant to NRS 645.630 against any project broker or person who is licensed pursuant to chapter 645 of NRS and who is subject to the provisions of this chapter who fails to adequately supervise the conduct of any sales agent or representative with whom the project broker or person is associated.
