Election to decline to receive property; election to receive property before presumed abandonment
Known as the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act
The act spans §§ 120–120 (59 sections).

The Administrator may:
1. Decline to receive property reported under this chapter which the Administrator considers to have a value less than the expenses of notice and sale; and
2. Receive property reported and delivered by a holder before the property is presumed abandoned if the Administrator determines that receipt of such property is in the best interests of the State.
