NRS 125B.200

Definitions. [Effective through June 30, 2026.]

As used in NRS 125B.200 to 125B.300, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Court” includes a referee or master appointed by the court.

2. “Minor child” means a person who is:

(a) Under the age of 18 years;

(b) Under the age of 19 years, if the person is enrolled in high school;

(c) Under a legal disability; or

(d) Not declared emancipated pursuant to NRS 129.080 to 129.140, inclusive.

3. “Obligor-parent” means a parent who has been ordered by a court to pay for the support of a minor child.

As used in NRS 125B.200 to 125B.300, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Court” includes a referee or judicial officer appointed by the court.

2. “Minor child” means a person who is:

(a) Under the age of 18 years;

(b) Under the age of 19 years, if the person is enrolled in high school;

(c) Under a legal disability; or

(d) Not declared emancipated pursuant to NRS 129.080 to 129.140, inclusive.

3. “Obligor-parent” means a parent who has been ordered by a court to pay for the support of a minor child.
