NRS 127B.090

The Division shall establish a Register of Children with Special Needs. The Register must include descriptive information on every child with special needs for whom a prospective adoptive parent is not identified within 3 months after the child becomes available for adoption, but must not include any personal information which reveals the identity of the child or the child’s parents. A copy of the Register must be made available for review by prospective adoptive parents at each office of the Division.
