.] The administrator of the compact shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. The administrator shall cooperate with all departments, agencies and officers of and in the government of this state and its subdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of the compact or of any supplementary agreement or agreements entered into by this state under the compact.
.] The executive head of the central state compact office created pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children set forth in NRS 127F.030 shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
