NRS 132.035

“Acknowledgment” defined

(Added to NRS by 1999, 2249)

“Acknowledgment” means a declaration that an instrument has been executed for the purposes stated therein and, if the instrument was executed in a representative capacity, that the instrument was signed with proper authority and executed as the act of the person represented and identified therein.
