NRS 136.020

Disqualified judge

[96:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.96]—(NRS A 1999, 2262)

A district judge shall not admit any will to probate, or grant letters in any case where the judge is:

1. Interested as next of kin to the decedent.

2. A devisee under the will.

3. Named as personal representative or trustee in the will.

4. A witness to the will.
