Discretion of the court

[51:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.51]—(NRS A 2025, 2308)

When there are several persons equally entitled to appointment as personal representative, the court may, in its discretion, appoint one or more of them to serve as personal representative or appoint an independent representative.
