Nature of surety’s liability: Extent of bond

[69:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.69]—(NRS A 1999, 2286)

The bond is not void upon the first recovery, but may be sued upon from time to time by any person aggrieved in that person’s own name until the whole penalty is exhausted.
