Discharge of sureties

[80:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.80]—(NRS A 1999, 2289)

If new sureties are given to the satisfaction of the court, it shall thereupon enter an order that the surety who applied for relief is not liable for any subsequent act, default or misconduct of the personal representative.
