Predeceased heir or devisee

[305:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.305]—(NRS A 1999, 2345)

If a child or other lineal descendant so advanced dies before the person making the advancement, leaving issue, the advancement must be taken into consideration in the distribution and division of the estate as if the advancement had been made directly to the issue.
