Specific devise of personal property for life only

[273:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.273]—(NRS A 1999, 2346)

If a specific devise of personal property is for life only, the life tenant must sign and deliver to the remainderman or, if there is none, to the personal representative, an inventory of the property, acknowledging that it is in the life tenant’s custody for life only, and that, on death, it is to be delivered to the remainderman.
