Court authorized to alter requirements concerning publication of notice or citation
Known as the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act
The act spans §§ 159–159 (203 sections).

If publication of a notice or citation is required pursuant to this chapter, the court may, for good cause shown:
1. Allow fewer publications to be made within the time for publication; and
2. Extend or shorten the time in which the publications must be made.
