Accounting by certain care providers
Known as the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act
The act spans §§ 159–159 (203 sections).

If a protected person resides with a care provider that is an institution or facility, the care provider shall furnish to the guardian an itemized accounting of all financial activity pertaining to the protected person:
1. On a quarterly basis; and
2. At any other time, upon the request of the guardian.
