Time period for which certain records are required to be maintained

Known as the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act

The act spans §§ 159–159 (203 sections).

(Added to NRS by 2009, 1639)

A guardian shall maintain all records and documents for each protected person whom the guardian has authority over for a period of not less than 7 years after the court terminates the guardianship and shall maintain all financial records related to the guardianship for a period of not less than 7 years after the date of the last financial transaction.
