NRS 163.355

Continuation of obligation

(Added to NRS by 1969, 453)

A fiduciary may continue any obligation, whether secured or unsecured, upon and after maturity with or without renewal or extension upon such terms as the fiduciary deems advisable, without regard to the value of the security, if any, at the time of such continuance.
