NRS 176.525

Arrest of judgment: When granted and time in which motion is to be made

(Added to NRS by 1967, 1443)

The court shall arrest judgment if the indictment, information or complaint does not charge an offense or if the court was without jurisdiction of the offense charged. The motion in arrest of judgment shall be made within 7 days after determination of guilt or within such further time as the court may fix during the 7-day period.
