NRS 207.330

Sale of identifying card or document

(Added to NRS by 1975, 1461)

It is unlawful for any person to sell to another any card or other document purporting to establish the identity of the holder unless the purchaser appears personally before the seller and declares his or her identity in writing under the penalty of perjury. This section does not apply to any governmental agency.
