Criminal forfeiture: Order of forfeiture; protection of property

(Added to NRS by 1983, 1499)

1. Upon entry of a judgment for a violation of NRS 207.400, the court may order the forfeiture of the appropriate property.

2. Upon entry of such an order, the court may:

(a) Enter a restraining order or injunction;

(b) Require the execution of a satisfactory bond;

(c) Appoint a receiver; or

(d) Take any other necessary action,
