NRS 213.055

Person with communications disability entitled to services of interpreter at hearing

(Added to NRS by 1979, 657; A 2001, 1776; 2007, 170)

An applicant or a witness at a hearing upon an application for clemency who is a person with a communications disability as defined in NRS 50.050 is entitled to the services of an interpreter at public expense in accordance with the provisions of NRS 50.050 to 50.053, inclusive. The interpreter must be appointed by the Governor or a member of the Board designated by the Governor.
