NRS 217.471

Fictitious address for victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking: Adoption of procedures by Division

(Added to NRS by 1997, 1330; A 2015, 3079; 2017, 2460)

The Division shall adopt procedures to carry out the provisions of NRS 217.462 to 217.471, inclusive.
