Subpoena of administrative body directed to Legislator or President of Senate ineffective during regular or special session

(Added to NRS by 1963, 314; A 2011, 3167)

An administrative body may not issue a subpoena to compel a Legislator or the President of the Senate, as a witness, to attend and give testimony or to produce any relevant material, including, without limitation, books, papers, documents, records, photographs, recordings, reports and tangible objects, during a regular or special session.
