“Authorized remote-technology system” defined

(Added to NRS by 2020, 32nd Special Session, 10)

“Authorized remote-technology system” means any system or other means of communication which is approved by the Director and which uses any electronic, digital or other similar technology to enable a person from a remote location to attend, participate, vote or take any other action in any committee meeting even though the person is not physically present at the committee meeting.
