NRS 220.105

The Legislative Counsel may, on such terms as the Legislative Counsel deems appropriate and with the approval of the Legislative Commission, enter into a contract with any publisher for the preparation and publication of a digest of judicial opinions construing or concerning the law of this state, or for cooperation in the preparation and publication of such a digest.
