Attorney General’s Special Fund: Creation; claims

(Added to NRS by 1979, 99; A 1997, 1967)

1. The Attorney General’s Special Fund is hereby created as a special revenue fund.

2. All claims against the Fund must be paid as other claims against the State are paid.
