NRS 232.472

“Minority group” defined

(Added to NRS by 2005, 2434; A 2017, 2408)

“Minority group” means:

1. A racial or ethnic minority group;

2. A group of persons with disabilities;

3. A group of persons that share the same sexual orientation; or

4. A group of persons whose gender-related identity, appearance, expression or behavior is different than that assigned at birth.
