NRS 232.900

Definitions

(Added to NRS by 1993, 1480; A 1999, 869; 2009, 2279; 2019, 1951; 2021, 952, 2788; 2023, 3008; 2025, 1888, 3180)

As used in NRS 232.900 to 232.990, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Department” means the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.

2. “Director” means the Director of the Department.
