Definitions

As used in this chapter:

1. “Commission” means the Nevada Indian Commission.

2. “Commissioner” means a commissioner of the Nevada Indian Commission.

3. “Department” means the Department of Native American Affairs.

4. “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Department.

5. “Museum” means the Stewart Indian School Cultural Center and Museum established pursuant to NRS 233A.1041.
