Nevada Indian Commission: Creation; members

(Added to NRS by 1965, 687; A 1973, 293; 1977, 1182; 2023, 2764)

1. The Nevada Indian Commission is hereby created within the Department.

2. The Commission consists of five members appointed by the Governor pursuant to NRS 233A.1007.
