The Museum Director appointed pursuant to NRS 233A.1021:
1. Is in the classified service of the State;
2. Is responsible to and under the direction of the Executive Director; and
3. Shall exercise such powers and carry out such duties pursuant to NRS 233A.1045 and as are assigned to the Museum Director by the Executive Director pursuant to NRS 233A.1021.
