1. The Executive Director of the Department may appoint the Coordinator of the Council. If appointed, the Coordinator:
(a) Is in the unclassified service of the State and serves at the pleasure of the Executive Director.
(b) Shall perform such duties as are directed by the Executive Director, as advised by the Council.
(c) Must not be a member of the Council.
2. The Department shall provide any additional personnel, facilities, equipment and supplies required by the Council to carry out the provisions of NRS 233A.400 to 233A.450, inclusive.
