Administration of oath or affirmation to witness

Known as the Nevada Administrative Procedure Act

The act spans §§ 233–233 (66 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1981, 80)

Unless limited by a specific statute, any person authorized to preside over a hearing in a contested case may administer oaths or affirmations to witnesses appearing before him or her in the hearing.
