Except as otherwise provided in NRS 243.293, the County of Clark is hereby erected out of the following territory: All that portion of Lincoln County lying south of the 3rd standard parallel south of Mount Diablo baseline is hereby detached from Lincoln County and the County of Clark erected therefrom.
