Penalty for failure to attend as juror

[4:107:1909; RL § 7545; NCL § 11428]—(NRS A 1979, 1369)

Every person summoned as a juror who fails to appear without having a reasonable excuse, shall forfeit a sum, not exceeding $100, to be recovered by the district attorney, in any court of competent jurisdiction, and paid by the person into the county treasury.
