Judgment of disincorporation

[106:125:1907; A 1956, 23]—(NRS A 1987, 366)

The vote must be taken and canvassed in the same manner as in other city elections, and return thereof made to the district court. If the court finds that a majority of the legal votes are cast “For Disincorporation,” a judgment must be entered disincorporating the corporation, and upon the entry of the judgment, its corporate powers cease.
