Any city adopting a charter under the provisions of NRS 267.010 to 267.140, inclusive, has all of the powers which are now or may hereafter be conferred upon incorporated cities by the laws of the State, and all such powers as are usually exercised by municipal corporations of like character and degree, whether or not the powers are specifically enumerated in NRS 267.010 to 267.140, inclusive.
