NRS 268.427

Ordinance for control of rabies

(Added to NRS by 1965, 1073; A 1989, 301)

In order to control rabies and to protect the public health and welfare, the governing body of each city or town incorporated under any law of this state shall enact an ordinance providing for a rabies control program and shall include within that ordinance the requirements established by regulations adopted by the State Board of Health.
