1. The remedies and penalties provided in NRS 268.428 to 268.4288, inclusive, are cumulative, may not be abrogated and are in addition to any other remedies or penalties that may exist in law or equity, including, without limitation, any remedy or penalty that may be available pursuant to NRS 268.4122, 268.4124 and 268.4126.
2. The provisions of NRS 268.428 to 268.4288, inclusive, shall not be construed to limit those rights available to a landlord or tenant pursuant to any other provision of law.
