NRS 268.566

No action may be brought questioning the legality of any contract, lease, agreement of sale, financing agreement, indenture, mortgage, resolution proceedings or bonds executed, adopted or taken in connection with any project or improvements authorized by NRS 268.512 to 268.568, inclusive, from and after 30 days from the effective date of the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds.
