Except as otherwise provided in NRS 268.672 to 268.740, inclusive, the terms used or referred to herein are as defined in the Local Government Securities Law, but the definitions in NRS 268.676 to 268.728, inclusive, except where the context otherwise requires, govern the construction hereof.
