NRS 268.724

“Transportation project” means facilities for a municipal system of transportation, including without limitation surface, underground or overhead railways, tramways, buses or any other means of local transportation other than taxis, passenger terminal and parking facilities, and other buildings, structures, furnishings and equipment therefor.
