Loitering and prowling ordinances: Enactment and enforcement by town board or board of county commissioners

Known as the Unincorporated Town Government Law

The act spans §§ 269–269 (137 sections).

In addition to the powers and jurisdiction conferred by other laws, the town boards or boards of county commissioners of the counties of this state are empowered to enact and enforce loitering and prowling ordinances.
