Ordinance for control of rabies

Known as the Unincorporated Town Government Law

In order to control rabies and to protect the public health and welfare, each town board or board of county commissioners shall enact an ordinance providing for a rabies control program and shall include within that ordinance the requirements established by regulations adopted by the State Board of Health.
