Eligibility for office of honor, profit or trust; eligibility for elected office

Known as the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act

The act spans §§ 281–281 (105 sections).

1. No person who is not a qualified elector shall be eligible to any office of honor, profit or trust in and under the government and laws of this State.

2. No person who is not registered to vote in the State, district, county, township or other area prescribed by law in which the officer is required to reside shall be eligible to any elected office of the State or a local government.
