Deputies and clerks to perform work for state boards and commissions without compensation

Known as the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act

Whenever any deputy or clerk in any state office is appointed as clerk or secretary of any state board or commission by the board, commission or the Legislature, the person shall serve as such clerk or secretary without compensation unless compensation is specifically fixed by law.
