Restrictions upon payment of salary of appointive officer or employee when salary determined by law

Known as the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act

The act spans §§ 281–281 (105 sections).

(Added to NRS by 1957, 350; A 1981, 1521; 1999, 1813)

In cases where the salary of an appointive officer or employee is determined by law, such salary must not be paid unless a specific legislative appropriation of money or a specific legislative authorization for the expenditure of money is made or enacted for the department or agency.
