“Ethics complaint” defined

Known as the Nevada Ethics in Government Law

“Ethics complaint” means a request for an opinion which is filed with the Commission or initiated by the Commission on its own motion pursuant to NRS 281A.710 regarding the propriety of the conduct of a public officer or employee under the statutory ethical standards set forth in this chapter.
